put togglebehindview in console.
he isnt cheating, he is using that command with a bug. (for example walk in front a door and then use the command (the option to open or clolsed the door will stay there, THATS THE BUG)) u can arrest u can open a door also.

Using behindview is (mis)using bugs and gets same result as cheat (ban).

imo all flv are cheaters
