I don't think we can be sure for 100 % if he used wallhack, remember - the other guy camera could have seen incoming swat in cold room.
If you can tell me - if ip of this SKY Ceda is serbian - I would be greatful. He is admin in popular House of Pain server and it's important to be sure about this guy.
